It is easy to listen to what we want to hear and not always what we need to hear. Wise counsel is something we all need to follow and listen to, yet how easy is it to not follow it. Think about Solomon’s son who decided not to follow the wise counsel and how listening to the wrong people made things worst and caused the nation of Israel to split. In the same way who we listen to or do not listen to can be a big deal. Take some time today and make sure you are surrounding yourself with wise counsel and also not ignoring wise counsel.
