The Ultimate Question

Can you go to Heaven if you do not believe in God? Read Romans 1:18:32. #iDevo #YFA #LivingLeadership

This is the ultimate question in today’s world. We live in a time that the world says there are multiple ways to Heaven yet the Bible says all but one way is false. (John 14:6) Ever wonder how those other ways came to pass? Paul explains it in Romans 1. As we look around us we have the opportunity to see the amazement of God’s creation each day. Yet people reject it, they created new religions and ways around the accountability that comes from serving God. Or they reject God altogether believing there is no God and everything is random chance. For all of them, they traded truth for a lie and it is not just in the world but also in the church as people who call themselves believers try to twist and change God’s truth so that in their world sin becomes ok. Verses 26-32 are hard core and Paul does not pull punches. Think about the sins we soften or people say are acceptable.

Homosexuality (26-27)
Greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. (verse 30)
backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, boastful, and disobedient (verse 31)

Imagine the title you are “the inventor of new ways of sinning” For some things we look and think we are good. we don’t murder, lie, do drugs, etc but forget about the everyday things like envy, quarreling, being insolent, disobedient, proud or boastful, etc. Today realize that as believers we need to be reading the Word and not letting others tell us what it says because they can sometimes mislead us whether by accident or intentionally. We have to know the truth if we want to help others understand it.

”The most believable lies are the ones with at least a little bit of truth.” ~ Jenny Han
