In the same way we face different things in life and we have a choice to fight the battle on our own or let God fight the battle for us. For David he was not even there when Saul and his son’s fell. The final piece of the puzzle for David to be the next king of Israel was in place and no one left to challenge him. Yet he never lifted a finger to make it happen.
