I Can Walk Through Fire!!!

We all have moments when the anxiety and worry can get the better of us. Fear is powerful and can really invade our thoughts to the point that we are ready to give up or at least discouraged enough that we do not know if we can go on. The thing is we live in a fallen world, storms come, floods come, fire comes, bad things happen and the pressures of life can be overwhelming because on our own we are not enough. We though do not have to do everything on our own. We are not alone, God is with us and He has said the storms can’t stop you, the fires and floods can’t stop you, the discouraging moments we all face do not have to be the end. You see those moments even in failure are a chance for God to grow us and craft us so that our failures are not the end but the beginning of something greater. The promise in Isaiah is not that you won’t face a fire or flood or any other harm simply that the end we know normally happens in the physical people drown in floods or they are burned by fire will not happen because it is not the end but the beginning.

So today no matter what you are dealing with or going through. Know that God created you for something more and that whatever you are currently facing is for a short period of time in the light of eternity and that no matter what God is by your side and He has promised to make sure you will not be burned, drown, crushed, destroyed, or anything else in accomplishing His plan for your life and this world.
