Healing: Receive, Claim, and Proclaim!

Mark 6:54 And when they came out of the boat, immediately the people recognized Him (Jesus), ran through the whole surrounding region, and began to carry about on beds those who were sick to wherever they heard He was. Wherever He entered…they laid he sick in the marketplaces and begged Him that they may touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.

Luke 8: 43-48 A Woman With the Issue of Blood Healed

Luke 18: 35-43 A Blind Man

Where to begin? Begin by BOLDLY ASKING! Boldly asking for a miraculous healing. God wants us to ask for the big things. So ask Him! Step out there! Go for it! We are giving Him a testimony of our faith when we boldly ask.

Next, DECLARE AND DECREE!  Declare the Word of God and Decree it over the person who needs healing.  For example, Isaiah 53:5, “By His stripes, we are healed.” Then Declare and Decree…God Your Word says, “By His stripes, we are healed, “I hereby, decree that by the stripes of Jesus that (blank) is healed! That simple. Choose from the many healing scriptures available, Old and New Testaments.

And last, RECEIVE, CLAIM AND PROCLAIM!  Make sure the person prayed for ‘Receives’ the healing that is offered by Jesus, and then, ‘Claims’ it for their own. So many times we leave this very important step out. Just as He chooses to heal us or not, we choose whether or not we receive His healing.  Evidence of this is shown throughout the stories of Jesus healing in the Gospels. And, most of all, don’t forget…Proclaim, Proclaim, Proclaim! Always proclaim the mighty work of Jesus in your life.  He is always worthy of our praise and testimony.

The Reality…A diagnosis of cancer…a vision/dream of healing…prayers of encouragement and knowledge given of victory, the new title of conqueror and a ‘short and sweet’ journey… the scripture declared and decreed was Jeremiah 17:14 Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed. Save me, and I will be saved. For You are my praise! The Process...surgery, no chemo and a shorten radiation regimen. The Proclamation…Victory! Conqueror! Short and Sweet! That’s MY God! That’s YOUR God! HE HEALS! TRY HIM!
